RS President declared as the biggest quisling!

Pale, 21 August, 1997 (AIM) - RS Government issued yesterday an announcement informing that followers of Biljana Plavsic, RS President took over all police buildings in Banjaluka, which is considered as a Coup d'Etat.

"Obviously, there is an act of foreign occupation realized by domestic collaborators, as it was seen here during the Second World War. The RS Government consider that President Plavsic exceeded all Serb quislings up till now. There is no constitution crisis, because President Plavsic, as well as other foreign factors, considers RS Constitution as an object of academic negotiation", stays in RS Government announcement.(End).
