Banjaluka, 14 August, 1997 (AIM) - Commenting an invitation from the President of RS Constitutional Court to Pale, because her presence is necessary, Mrs. Biljana Plavsic, RS President stated that, she the reason for her presence, because her legal representative was at Public Hearing of the Court. "To my opinion, they have been discussing some side subjects instead of main cause of dispute", said she.

Mr. Milan Dupor, Legal Councilor RS President, stated that Court invitation was sent in a view of prolongation of process, and Mrs. Plavsic will not visit Pale. "The Judge Board is heaving session on their own - nobody has a right to be present. Therefore, Mrs. President is not really needed there", said he, adding that he is aware of the pressure under which are the Judges to make an political decision. "By the way, the Court invitation has not been sent in the form it should be officially sent".(End)
