Vrkes accuses Plavsic

Direction, accused Mrs. Biljana Plavsic, RS President, that she prejudices RS Constitutional Court Decision by an agreement with OEBS to monitor special Parliament elections.

In his statement to Serb Radio, he described her agreement with Mr. Robert Frowick, Chief of the Mission OEBSNU, as prolongation of OEBS mandate until special elections, which "is another prove that she is making important decisions without consultation with the rest of state and political leadership in RS".(End)
