Soccer Union of Herzegbosnian canton

Livno, 07 August, 1997 (AIM)- The Soccer Union of the Herzegbosnian canton was established in Livno, which would, with respect to organization of the soccer competitions, cover six municipalities of this canton and Uskopje (part of Gornji Vakuf which is controlled by Croat authorities). After this cantonal Soccer Union was created, Tropoljsko- Herzegovinian Soccer Union ceased its functions. On this occasion, the current activities in connection to the constitution of the Soccer Unions of Federation of B&H and Bosnia and Herzegovina were discussed, as well as the possibility of participation of the champions from the three existing competition leagues in B&H in the official competitions organized by European Soccer Federation (NEFA).
