Alternative Council of Ministers B&H B(AMV B&H)

Sarajevo, 05. August, 1997 (AIM) - "Mr. Vladimir µoljiå, President of Federation, and Mr. Ejup Ganiå, the vice-president, must resign since they are not capable to undertake any measures in order to inhibit or prevent incidents which are result of discontent of B&H refugees and expatriated people", said Ms. Senka Nozica, Minister for human rights in Alternative Council of Ministers B&H (AMV B&H) or Shadow Government on the press conference today .

The same applies to the Federal Minister, Mr.Rasim Kadic, who announces his statements in the central informative - political sow on RTV B&H by phone, instead of being on the location of the event ( in Jajce ).

Ms. Nozica considered the incident in Jajce to be the worst incident so far, and incidents in Vogosca to be the worst form of manipulating the discontent and emotions of women. These and such incidents will occur as long as the process of return of refugees is carried out based exclusively on ethnic principle, since it provokes revulsion of the refugees of one ethnic group toward refugees of the other ethnicity's.
Both incidents involve scenario and purposeful provoking the conflict among refugees, and this form of politics of parties in power is to bring sanctions to B&H. Finally, in the situation when B&H Embassies do not operate worldwide, sanctions are not hurting ambassadors but the entire B&H populace, both entities", announced the statement.(end)
