Supreme Court dropped the charges put by Government
In connection to the opposed decisions of RS president
Banja Luka, 2 August, 1997 (AIM) - Supreme Court of RS dropped the charges put by RS Government against the decision of RS President to suspend Mr. Dragan Kijac, Minister of internal affairs, because of his ordering the personnel rearrangement and his prohibiting the engagement of 6th unit of ATD brigade outside Banjaluka without the approval of RS president, as well as the presidential act which informed the Minister of internal affairs that the region of Brcko is under direct control of RS president. The decision also states that the decision and acts passed by the RS President are not administration acts and hence administration disputes in connection with them are not valid.(end)
