Unnamed source announced that most of the local councils supported RS President , Mrs. Biljana Plavsic. According to the same sources, prior to the session, Mr. Sendic consulted with former leader of Bosnian Serbs, Mr. Radovan Karadzic, who apparently entrusted him with the mission of putting in order SDS Banjaluka.
