Banjaluka, 24 July, 1997 (AIM) - Mr. Milan Dupor, Councilor RS President for Legal Affairs, stated that the new elections will take place, not on 1 September, 1997 as decided by RS President, because, "we are waiting for RS Constitutional Court expertise".

"That decision might be ignored, because the Supreme Court RS rejected RS Government accusation on dismissing of RS People Assembly, and organization of new elections", said he.(End)
