Corps Diplomatic parity

Lukavica, 23 July, 1997 (AIM) - Mr. Momcilo Krajisnik, Member B&H Presidency from RS, informed after yesterday's session, that there is no agreement about B&H Corps Diplomatic, because, the praxis is that such important subjects must be decided by all three Members B&H Presidency. At yesterday's meeting Mr. Haris Silajdzic represented Mr. Alija Izetbegovic. He added that main problem is in parity of diplomats and consular representatives, and that he support Belgian Principe, where there are Offices which would take more care of each entities interest.

Mr. Haris Silajdzic asked RS situation to be brought at agenda of meeting, but it was rejected by Mr. Momcilo Krajisnik, who stated that "it is RS interior affair", and that Mr. Silajdzic with such suggestion tried to enlarge the authorities of B&H Presidency.(End)
