RS Government accusation rejected

Pale, 22 July, 1997 (AIM) - The Supreme Court RS rejected RS Government accusation against RS President decision to dismiss RS People Assembly and organize a new election, as unauthorized.

According to the announcement issued by Mr. Petko Cancar, President RS Supreme Court Council, the Administrative Law can not act upon activities for which, directly and according to the Constitution authority, responsible are the RS People Assembly and RS President.(End)
