To trace the origin of every singe Cent!

Sarajevo, 22 July, 1997 (AIM) - "What after the 15 September, how to implement election results? Nobody has clean program and strategy! The fear is that it might become a subject of trade, like everything in this area. Also, OSCE and Provisional Election Commission must trace the origin of every single Cent, spent in election campaigns. This is exactly what the B&H 'Government in Shadow' will request", said at today's press conference Mr. Sejfudin Tokic, President of B&H Government in Shadow and Prime Minister AVM B&H.

During the recent events in RS, there were some informations that 1/3 of the black market money was used last year in election campaigns. Indication is that similar is going on in B&H Federation! For election campaigns secret 'black' founds , or even state money have been used. Es an example, the workers of 'Rad' last year, during their official and regular working time, have been painting 'SDA' title all over the streets in B&H! In any normal country with democrat government, every Dollar used in campaign is registered. This is very important, because OSCE completely ignored the problem of campaign investment this year, as well, as last year. Also, OSCE did not issue any suggestions or rules regarding the behavior of most important electronic medias in B&H. How are they going to cover the election campaigns? Would they respect 'equal rights' for all parties and independent candidates?", stated Mr. Tokic, adding that "OSCE and it's representative, should apply all their experience in this field".

Democrat Alternative Parties and candidates will take part in September elections in 111 municipalities, hoping for better results than last year. The best results are expected in Drvar, Bijeljina, Derventa, Bosansko Grahovo and Bosanski Brod.(End)
