"HR Herzeg-Bosnia" is still alive

Law of non existing state

Livno,17 July, 1997 (AIM)- Croat Republic "Herzeg Bosnia" expired officially on 19 November, 1996, but not in jurist administration, because, numerous are documents, recently issued with signs of non existing State, not to mention official titles on government buildings. It proves that, actually, CR "HB" never stopped to function, in spite of signed international and local agreements.

Last example was decision of Livno Municipality Council which odder the owners of private apartments and houses to pay appropriate taxes. It is only normal to pay the taxes, but the decision was based upon "Decree on Communal Economy of 'CR HB'", not on suitable Federal Law! The members of mentioned Council are 100% single nation (Croats), and almost all HDZ. No wander for such decision!(End)
