Mr. Buha and Venice Commission Opinion

Banjaluka, 14 July, 1997 (AIM) - Mr. Aleksa Buha, Acting President SDS, refused last night at SRT, the possibility that SDS would accept an opinion of the EU Commission Council, that RS President decision about dismission of RS People Assembly is constitutional:

"The Venice Commission has nothing to do with our Constitution in a view of any interpretation of it. There is the most relevant institution to decide about it, and it is called The Constitutional Court RS, and it's word is the last one!"(End)
