Pale Government dismiss Assembly in Bijeljina

Bijeljina, 11 July, 1997 (AIM) - Pale Government decided to dismiss Municipal Assembly Bijeljina and it's Executive Board, and to form an Agency. This information has been confirmed in SDS Office Bijeljina, and it is to be carried out from 12 July, 1997, the SDS official foundation holiday.

The polarization inside SDS Bijeljina was going on for some time, such radical move was inspired after the meeting of support for Mrs. Plavsic. The Municipal officials have been ordered from Pale not to receive Mrs. Plavsic on the day of meeting, but the order was denied.

Head of Agency is Mr. Cvijetin Nikic, President Municipal Board SDS Bijeljina, who will personally appoint the associates. IN Democrat Party RS consider it as the reward, because Mr. Nikic denied an order from Mrs. Plavsic to organize the session of the Municipal Board SDS.(End)
