"Provisional measures"

Pale, 11 July, 1997 (AIM) - RS Constitutional Court announced yesterday, regarding Mrs. Plavsic, President RS decision about the dismission of People Assembly, that in RS the "Provisional Measures" are to be in force, until the final decision. Mr. Gaso Mijanovic, President RS Constitutional Court stated that Court decided as stated in accordance to the Art. 59 and 62 of the Law on Constitutional Court RS. Therefore, "it is an order, until the final decision, to stop the execution of all decrees and acts of State organs, organizations and communities, and all bearers of public functions in RS, in accordance to the mentioned RS President decision, which commitment can cause harmful consequences."(End)
