Frenchmen admit: "Guilty"
Zenica trial
Zenica, 08 July, 1997 (AIM)- The court proceeding against two Frenchmen, Lionel Dumont and Mouloud Boughelen, started in Zenica. They have been accused on 12 May, 1997 of several crimes committed during 1996 and 1997 in Zenica, Travnik and Visoko. The accused stated that they understood the bill of indictment, but M. Boughelen decided to change his previous statement.
The Court Council is headed by judge Mladen Veseljak, accompanied with judge Bakir Ljubovic; official defenders are solicitors Mustafa Mulahalilovic, Mensur Hasagic and Azijada Mujkic; prosecuting attorney is Idriz Kaskic and jury are Redzo Bektas, Sabrija Gladan and Jakov Vidovic.
The trial is to be continued tomorrow. At the witnes stand will appear 36 persons and members of people who were killed by the accused.(End)
