Announcement from the Cabinet of the President RS

Banjaluka, 30 June, 1997 (AIM) - The Cabinet of the President RS informed yesterday some journalists and some news agencies, that Mrs. Plavsic was yesterday taken for informative talk by the Ministry of Interior Serbia, while lending at the Belgrade Airport "Surcin". The informative talk lasted for an hour and a half. After that, she was escorted to the RS border, where she was delivered to the RS Police.

Mrs. Plavsic was on her way back from interrupted visit to the Great Britain, because the Special Session of the RS Government, annulled her decisions and proclaims them as illegal and in opposition to the RS Constitution.(End)
